I am being harassed by the dcfs system being threatened all because they made careless mistakes they failed to know the where about of my child and if she was safe or not after my mother passed they ignored the fact that she existed I reported my moms passing to them and reached out to the courts to vacate guardianship that my deceased mother had of my biological daughter [PERSON_NAME] before my mom passed I was taking care of her and my kids and even after her passing I began to try to reign state my guardian ship now dcfs want to comeback into the picture I asked where were they when my mother passed and after it was reported no one came to see about [PERSON_NAME] care or her where abouts my mom passed in September 1st 2025 it is currently 2026 my child shots and immunizations records are up to date yet they chose to try to force me to just sign guardianship to my sister saying its quicker when originally my sister petitioned for [PERSON_NAME] after my mothers passing no one reached back out so I took matters into my hand to reinstate my guardian ship the investigator said quote they emailed him saying they have concerns about mental health and that there a lot of red flags I told him I have a written document saying discontinuing medication and I have continued on using coping skills I have not had medication for about 7 years and have been doing just fine no hospitalizations he chose to say that I cant win this battle leave it alone because one call to the hotline and he will come out with the police and take my little baby [PERSON_NAME] I told him he can try but I have everything in order working lights food in fridge working lights hot water baby bed bottles house clean he says that I should just sign my daughter over to my sister so he can close his case also I have 3 parenting certificates anger management certificate successful discharge in counseling everything I was asked of from dcfs I done before I agreed to my mother having guardian ship but now my mom have passed away if you are interested in my store contact me by email or at [GOVERNMENT_ID]

It is extremely difficult to watch any broadcast with Samantha Chatman. I find her to be very unprofessional, childish, and persistent in being opinionated.

Why the station continuously highlights the story of squatters is beyond belief. She only did what anybody else could have done: contact the right people and go through the process. She did not single-handedly cure the problem. Why is it being shown over and over?

Why is she allowed to dress like a lady of the evening? Why is the news being done as a comedy show? What happened when news was done professionally and with dignity and respect, not like an episode of Amos and Andy?

Why do we have to hear about Samantha's dad and know when her mother's birthday is? Surely, your ratings are declining, especially for the weekend broadcast.

I caught fraud going on under my name at Cha Housing Authority. When I confronted all parties involved, I am being threatened with termination.

When I made a complaint against the previous landlord, she had her friend who works for CHA. There's a lot: every time I made a complaint against the previous landlord, she got her friend to try and terminate me. They falsified documents to make it appear as if I owed the landlord. I didn't owe her anything; she was in abatement and only received partial payment.

She tried getting the remaining balance out of me by saying I owed the landlord the balance. I have text messages between the two of us; she stated that she got her attorney on CHA because they stopped payment. Not true. I confronted them about the fraud; no one will contact me.

They withheld my moving papers. The landlord locked me out of her unit on April 18; she knew that I knew what they had done. I have an FBI report number. I also contacted the state's attorney general's office.

They also have copies of my proof and sent copies to the head member of CHA, Ms. Barnes. When I contacted Ms. Barnes, she never called me back.

Someone by the name of Rosa called me and claimed she would report the situation to their fraud department, but I never heard back. Legal aid got involved on two separate occasions, and then they gave me moving papers. Now I'm in a new unit since I was wrongfully evicted on December 18. CHA doctored up the paperwork so it would look like I owed this crook; they all were aware that I owed this woman nothing.

She went and lied on me, and they helped her. They didn't know all I had in my possession while they were there. I have always been in compliance. I'm in a new unit as of three weeks ago, and now they are refusing to pay this landlord.

I have emails, text messages, and all of my confirmation from CHA.

I'll be going back to federal court on Monday. The parties are NYLA / Nala walker enforcement contractor Kimberly Coleman the friend of the previous landlord ROSALIND COTTON RUSSELL
